When we called to reserve, the staff didn’t say that we would only hold the table for 5 minutes. My friend and I were late for 10 minutes and the staff said they have already given the table to other customers. We were also required to queue without being given any priority and the staff was very impolite. I think it’s completely fine if they have communicated their policy clearly when we called to book, but it’s unacceptable if they assume we would know their policy as sometimes customers are n
