一直對Impossible嘅菜式大多出現係fast-food之中, 但原來佢可以整得好精緻, 放係係fine dining嘅桌上, 呈現另一種味覺嘅體會! 今次嚟到位於中環嘅, 試下Impossible點樣融入黎巴嫩菜!✨️Mix Cold Mezze平時好怕食蔬菜泥嘅我, 點左e款由店長推介嘅冷盤, 鷹嘴泥混合左中東芝麻醬、橄欖油、檸檬汁, 而另一款係煙燻茄子蓉同紅菜頭沙律配搭阿拉伯麪包同食, 車車比較喜歡煙燻茄子蓉, 煙燻味濃郁, 配搭爽脆酸甜嘅紅石榴, 清新又好味, 估唔到用蔬菜整出嚟嘅醬都可以咁惹味✨️ Kebbeh Bel Labban原本嘅版本加入咗一粒粒羊肉, 而呢個Impossible版本用植物肉打造成全素版, 食落仍然不失肉類口感味道, 搭配用Greek yogurt製成嘅白醬, 清香不膩! 植物肉成分包括濃縮大豆蛋白、薯仔、椰子油、葵花籽油等, 提供高品質蛋白, 無動物性膽固醇, 脂肪更低, 營養均衡之餘, 仲有助心臟健康!! 相比肉類, Impossible植物肉不但營養價值更高, 亦能顯著減少動物肉帶來嘅高脂肪及膽固醇負擔! 此外, 生產植物肉所需資源更少, 碳排放
