Insanely instaGRAMable food The decor, ambiance, and food at @gramhkg is phenomenal! Gram the gourmet is a new restaurant open in LKF Tower that specializes in modern Mediterranean cuisine influenced by Asian culture. Replacing the Hard Rock Cafe, the interior is supposed to be a club but due to covid, it is now a spacious seating area. Replacing the Hard Rock Cafe, the interior is supposed to be a club but due to covid, it is now a spacious seating area.
Their signature dish is the Cold Angel Hair Pasta with Kombu and Imperial Osetra Caviar and it’s definitely a must try. The cold pasta was delicate and appetizing.
We also tried the:
- Beef Tartare with sea urchin and clams
- Braised Short Rib in black vinegar and mashed potato
- Crispy Drunken Chicken with mushroom fricassee
-Orecchitte pasta with pork sausage and creamy Nduja sauce
- Hazelnut tiramisu
- Lemon tart
- Personalized cocktails.
The crispy drunken chicken was nothing like we’ve ever tried before. The skin was extremely crispy the chicken was so juicy I would come back again just for that dish. Personally I really enjoyed the Orecchitte pasta with pork as the sauce was so flavourful and the pasta was super bouncy! Each dish was cooked with high skill and detail. It’s a great place in LKF to get dinner and drinks with friends or even for a date night.
