Before you go abroad, it is recommended to stop by the Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung, to grab a seat at pastry chef Rin Horiuchi's eatery Que Cafe.

It is more than just a local café with exceptional food. QUÉ Qafé is a next-generation culinary experience. They blend western cuisine with Japanese spirit to create an exotic fusion that not only inspires the philosophy of Japanese culture, but also entices the taste buds with unique, authentic and exceptional flavours.

Featuring desserts and fresh pastries specially curated by award winning pastry Chef Rin Horiuchi together with an elaborate menu of unique cuisine. Highlights from the menu include Japanese-inspired tacos – with tempura-battered seaweed shells filled with dry-fried oysters and Norwegian salmon – donburi, parfaits, and an array of delectable baked treats.

Horiuchi's mouth-watering and Instagrammble traveller cakes are also a must-try. Flavours include a soft green cake filled with bitter-sweet matcha mousse, sweet bean paste, and a chewy mochi centre with yuzu jelly.
