媽媽生日那天,窩夫要出席朋友的結婚晚宴,要在午飯時段跟媽媽慶祝,去了好評如潮的JW咖啡室吃自助餐,星期六的自助午餐的供應時間為中午12時至下午2時30分。窩夫很喜歡這個沙律櫃,沙律菜看來都很新鮮。沙樂美腸和凍火腿等。多款芝士配克力架餅乾。煙三文魚有三款之多。窩夫聽到有食客問職員這些要怎樣煮來吃。答案在此,燴花膠是JW咖啡室的名菜。香口的普寧炸豆腐和黃金涼瓜。有窩夫愛吃的片皮鴨和燒乳鴿。窩夫先取了燴花膠、蒸龍躉和蒜蓉蒸大蝦,全都吃得津津有味,吃過便知道為什麼很多人對萬豪的燴花膠讚不絕口。蒜蓉蒸大蝦很大隻,厚肉彈牙,蒜蓉味剛剛好,不會蓋過大蝦的鮮味。海鮮凍盤也很出色,蟹腳的殼已經去了一半,進食實在太方便。蟹蓋有一整個或半個選擇,窩夫取了半個,留肚吃其他東西。蟹膏蟹肉都很鮮甜,誠意推介給喜歡吃蟹的朋友。刺身共有五款,分別是三文魚、象拔蚌、榮螺、八爪魚和墨魚,榮螺超甜,墨魚切得很厚身,師傅還把它卷成花狀,很有心思。燒牛肉配羊鞍,窩夫與媽媽都覺得羊鞍的味道比燒牛肉好。在麵檔點了兩隻鮮蝦大雲吞。吃甜品前再來一件完整的花膠扒,膠質非常豐富,吃後嘴唇會黏著呢。吃甜品前,飲品送來了,時間剛剛好,高身那杯
