To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到緊係要試片皮鴨啦！驚食唔哂所以揀左半隻，但呢個嘅份量算少，唔知夠唔夠半隻😂 不過味道黎講，鴨肉夠厚實，而且肥瘦適中，算幾唔錯，配菜除左平時嘅青瓜，仲有紫蘿蔔同蜜瓜，帶點甜味幾唔錯🙆🏻‍♀️鍋貼同小籠包都好味，餡料用豬肉製成，咬開小籠包有滿滿嘅灌湯，非常滋味🤤配上奶油娃娃菜，平時係屋企較少咁樣煮娃娃菜，口感creamy又唔會太油膩！(不過最後又係叫得太多要打包😂)
