2年前黎到上環返工,發覺食野選擇唔多,係大約一兩個月前有一晚收工,見到有間新野裝修緊,已經有個招牌名掛起左,叫做橋香園,即刻上黎開飯望下是什麼料子,睇完食評有d都唔錯,終於有多個選擇,唔洗成日食南記,等到佢開張即刻試試佢,聽人講牛肝菌好食,自己試過都唔錯幾好,仲有幾樣推介,就係蘿蔔,冬菇,肉筋條,都係幾好食,平均一星期都會食一兩次,不過水準就真係麻麻地,我自己本身可以食到好辣,而每一次都係叫大辣,有時會叫勁辣,但係每一次個辣都唔同味,有次叫勁辣仲比左清湯我..........我一打開碗心諗點解一d紅色都冇,唔通呢個係勁辣既玄妙之處!? 一試真係便知龍與鳳,清到不得了,其實味道本身係唔差,不過就真係要認真keep下比辣既水準
