Ordered this Middle Eastern Lamb for lunch: crispy kale crisps on top, some yogurt, grilled cauliflower with turmeric at the bottom and super tender grass-fed lamb shoulder, some cranberries and chickpeas as small sides. The whole dish is very balanced that the slight sourness of the cranberries and slightly bitter kale crisps balanced out the lamb shoulder which were a bit oily. The whole dish was very suitable for keto/low carb.
