Restaurant: LAB EAT Restaurant & Bar (金巴利道)
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀lab eat 我本身以為係指laboratory's eating 不過去到又唔見lab 既實体之餘 喺menu 都尋覓唔到 Chorizo Salad 有乾既火腿片 沙律菜同柑橘 本身胃口認真麻麻 點知沙律汁酸酸地 完全吊起胃口 啲果酸好香好fresh 諗住尋求更多既酸去食咗舊柑橘 點知佢一啲都唔酸 仲甜甜地 好似味道之旅咁 餐包餐包認真唔錯 又香又腍 最正既係每一張枱都配備咗黑醋同Oliver oil 配上麵包食一流Porcini Risotto其實即係蘑菇意大利飯 依度既意大利飯處理得好好 唔會好腍 仲keep 到個韌度 個sauce 都唔錯 夠creamy top up仲有少少芝士 配埋一齊食好match
