To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大閘蟹當造季節又到啦,大閘蟹放題就啱晒好鍾意食大閘蟹嘅我!放題時間兩小時,平日$498/位,五、六、日及公眾假期都只係 $528,除咗任叫大閘蟹,仲有多款小菜、主食、甜品、啤酒、汽水,抵食。最大特色係有【清蒸】、【油鹽焗】、【花雕蒸】三款口味嘅大閘蟹可以揀,無咁單調。落完order等蒸蟹嘅時間,店員先送上每位一客嘅【和味鮑魚伴秋葵】、【花膠嚮螺雞湯】。鮑魚用和風磯煮,鮑魚爽彈,醬油亦好入味,再加清爽秋葵,作為開胃菜一流;燉湯足料有花膠,我鍾意飲湯,啱晒~小菜方面,【京式片皮鴨】當然係回本之選,鴨肉肥瘦適中,不過我哋無食太多,留力食蟹。另外仲有【臘味糯米飯】,不過秋風未起,等到下次天氣凍啲再去食先叫。大閘蟹到啦,我哋三款都叫晒嚟試。食大閘蟹最緊要係蟹膏啦,隻隻都算多膏,而且多數係軟膏添,食落更加滋味,蟹肉亦都鮮甜。口味方面,我原本最期待【花雕蒸】,可惜呢次花雕嘅味道比較淡;好在【油鹽焗】有驚喜,焗得幾入味惹味,食完仲吮埋手指添。最後就到甜品,但今日竟然無薑茶蕃薯供應,食大閘蟹飲薑茶驅寒是常識吧……連養顏棗皇糕都冇……最後叫咗個做香芒凍布甸,竟然有好多芒果肉👍🏻
