中環新開嘅fusion日式手卷店我哋更係要試吓喇!一入呢間餐廳俾我哋嘅感覺好似喺外國見到嘅壽司店咁,門口位有型staff一口流利英語嘅greeting,我哋個心當堂嚇一嚇,心諗會唔會好似外國日本菜咁”直升機”呢?🚁(直升機起飛嘅聲…伏伏伏…….)Chicken Skin Gyoza ($68):即係炸雞皮餃子,雞皮炸到脆卜卜,入面啲肉亦唔算乾,唔錯!Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice ($68/ 2件):舊飯炸到金黃色,上面舖咗一堆辣嘅呑拿魚,食落有少少酸酸辣辣,好開胃🤤CLASSIC HANDROLLS minced Toro ($58):幾高性價比 👍🏻雖然我哋係估只係用中拖羅,不過都夠哂肥美,而紫菜亦尚算爽脆😌CLASSIC HANDROLLS scallops ($58):正正常常喇,帶子亦算新鮮嘅,不過係無乜味😂如果可以落少少海鹽就仲正~ROLLIE HANDROLLS yellow fever ($78):材料有油甘魚、漬蘿蔔、毛豆和少少wasabi嘅調味,食落感豐富,味道唔算辣😎ROLLIE HANDROLLS wil.I.roll ($78):個餡係香辣呑拿魚

總結,呢間餐廳嘅份量唔算太大,男仔食可能要叫多少少喇。而壽司飯亦唔算話好差,完全係外國食到嘅日本壽司咁嘅質素咯🤷🏿♂️ 老實講,兩啖食完嘅手卷收呢個價錢真係會叫唔少人卻步嘅,不過如果係on #diet 嘅朋友或當下午茶食少少嘢咁都ok嘅,大家有機會就試吓喇💁🏻♀️
