My helper arrived and picked up, she said that the order needed another 10 mins. I said that she mentioned the food already packed when I first called so couldn’t cancel, she corrected what she meant the food already cooked. I told her the food already passed the pick up time and I wanted to make a complaint to the shop manager. She asked me to wait then hanged me up and never dared to pick up my calls. I had called 10 times and all went to the voice mail box.
