To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友係油麻地附近收工，我地一行四人搵咗紅煮意飯聚，餐廳位於樓上鋪，有梳發同普通枱，環境都算舒適。晚上有時會有live band show，仲要好彩俾我地遇到！同朋友食住野聽音樂都幾有feel。我地四個人一人叫一個set，另加兩個小食。首先餐湯係忌廉湯配法包。我地叫左兩個炭燒紐西蘭西冷牛扒餐，西冷我叫左5成熟，再配燒汁同薯蓉，牛扒送上來時熱辣辣又香噴噴，肉質夠嫩唔會好難切，口感唔錯。另外有朋友叫咗香草燒法式紐西蘭羊架仔，羊架都算大件，配搭燒汁好夾，食落唔會有酥味。仲有個朋友叫了魚扒餐，魚肉嫩滑，配上白汁令口感更加香滑。小食方面，我地叫咗盤忌廉藍青口，青口滿滿一大兜十分抵食，而且白汁好入味，青口肉亦唔會鞋口。另外再要了盤炸雞，總共都有6/7件，味道好香口同惹味。整體而言，咁嘅食物份量同質素嚟講算係十分抵食，值得一試！
