We have been to Tabibito for brunch (Oh YES! Their Mentaiko Pasta!) but never did we get a chance to try their dinner dishes. Sweet Corn Tempura

These Sweet Corn Tempura were so good we can't get over with, especially after the spiciness we had from the beef tartar. The core of the corn was removed and replaced by mozzarella cheese. Lightly battered and sprinkled with green tea sea salt on top, the combination of corn and mozzarella cheese is unbeatable. Absolutely love the crispiness and natural sweetness from the corn and the creaminess from the mozzarella cheese. The light seasoning also helped highlight the natural flavors. Not gonna lie though, I am a serious corn killer.
