Long wait and random prep for take away

Am fine with waiting especially during lunch time. I waited for 25mins for my chicken rice order and later found out another gal with chicken rice, got her order same time as me.(she came much later than me. Definitely not more than 5 mins wait for her). Am unlucky one in this case but would really appreciate if the waiting is fair for everyone!
