To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中菜博大精深,川菜以「麻、辣、鮮、香」為名。 這間「捌壹壹」不但能做出川菜應有的味道,價錢也很實惠。 我點了「冷鍋酸菜魚」,冷鍋即是鍋雖然熱, 但不會一邊吃一邊加熱,以免魚的鮮味被搶走。 冷鍋的湯能帶出魚味。 吃完後,可以加湯做火鍋,不會浪費湯底。 接著是「夫妻肺片」及「口水雞」,份量不錯, 辣味能帶出菜式的味,送飯送啤酒一流。 「回鍋肉」有鑊氣,總體而言餐廳廚藝不俗。 甜品點了「紅糖桂花粉」及「黑糖磁耙」。磁耙吃起來蠻有口感。 這間餐廳的菜式及價錢都十分大眾化,環境也舒適, 媲美不少內地川菜館,值得一試。 餐廳的食物都可以選擇辣度,平常不太吃辣的,建議選擇微辣或不辣。
