為咗慶祝完成個project,本身之前嗰晚已經食完omakase,不過唔夠喉,要再慶祝,於是第二日再嚟食壽司lunch!仲要第2位半價,超抵食。一行入嚟,唔似食壽司嘅?原來推開另一度門,別有洞天!Hikari ($420)前菜係日本髮菜 - 水雲!加咗啲醋,好開胃魴鮄魚第一件係活喺深海底嘅魴鮄魚,油份唔算多,不過爽甜帆立貝加咗竹炭鹽嘅帆立貝,肉質一絲絲,好新鮮左口魚肉質爽口彈牙伊佐木口感腍身,上面加咗新鮮海藻,更加鮮味三文魚子唔會一味死鹹,反而有種鮮甜牡丹蝦加咗燒蝦膏,有啲焦香海鮮茶碗蒸加咗新鮮紫菜,有魚有冬菇,好香,食完成個口都係冬菇味 金扇鯛繼續食壽司,真係好靚呀,魚皮呈金黃色㗎!深海池魚肥美鮮嫩,脂質夠多又勁油香中拖羅入口即溶,油分適中又無筋鰆魚口感細膩、輕輕燒過嘅魚皮脆脆燒鰈魚魚邊超級多油,正呀!海膽好多塊海膽手卷最後仲有一件手卷舞茸菇湯好清但菇味濃郁嘅湯綠茶奶凍入面對有一粒日本黑豆,奶味好重第二位半價真係超級抵食,不過座位好少,要一早訂位
