聽講呢一間食肆晚飯宵夜時段等位等到傻,皆因佢嘅小炒好得,今日午餐時段幫襯,估唔到12點已經full house,好彩搵到最後一張2人枱。我同我同事二話不說就叫咗炒野,佢叫廈門炒米我叫炒貴刁。兩碟炒野賣相都唔錯,目測炒得夠乾身之外,面頭有落炒香咗嘅芝麻真係誠意之作。炒貴刁嘅蝦仁叉燒粒同蛋絲都炒得乾身分明,唔會黐埋一pat,坊間好多都係用肉絲或者肉粒但係佢用叉燒粒,味道當然會好d。廈門炒米酸甜適中,米粉肉絲韭黃韭菜雞蛋絲都炒得夠香。
