The rice is (I am assuming) pre-cooked, as you see in the ceramic bowl.

the taste is alright, can't compare to better ones in wanchai, i guess its ok for the price/location.

but the cold foie gras was a deal breaker. and it was my first dish after the salad.

i was in a rush, but thinking back, maybe I should've brought it management's attenion.

And not only was it cold, when you try to pick it up it falls apart like gravel. very displeasing.
