This private dining room in Causeway Bay really took me by surprise! From their 180-deg view of the gorgeous Victoria Harbour, to their delicate starters like the braised Japanese abalone and pan-seared scallops, and to their delicious daily pasta topped with my favorite Uni, the entire meal was great! The scallops were pan seared well so the inner flesh was still very juicy. And they tasted very fresh so it was extra nice to eat them while looking at a gorgeous sea view🌃
And for the pasta, the portion was huge! And I liked how they added those dried prawns for extra textures and flavors. The pasta itself was cooked to al denta and the uni was given in a super generous portion!! A highly recommended dish for y’all!
It’s a shame that we didn’t get to try their desserts this time, but I’m sure we’ll be back soon!
FYI It’s a pretty good place for celebrations as you can book an entire dining room where you can enjoy the beautiful view and amazing dishes with as much privacy as you want! (Also a good way to avoid crowds during nCoV!!)
