To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是媽媽推介嘅餐廳,以為也是同一品牌的連鎖店,但看清楚,應該係同品牌但屬高擋系列。出餐廳留當然叫扒,安格斯牛扒,7成熟及加了是日晚餐精選,燒春雞。出菜唔算快,但等都是值得的。首先賣相精緻,其次最讚的是有大半條翠玉瓜放係雞下面,好喜歡這種原始的擺盤,除了可以据扒,亦可以据瓜。雞皮脆,肉質嫩滑,亦有肉汁滲出。味道宜中,口感很好。扒亦十分出色,有厚度,有肉得嚟亦夾有脂肪,磨菇醬菇味好出。唯一不太理想的只是杯檸茶味道有D怪。食後感:媽媽推介的itamama,值得推介。
