They had their usual range of frozen seafood ready to eat once thawed, including their big spider like crabs and shellfish.

For their cooked snacks they had ready to eat big scallops for $20, a choice of buttered or Teriyaki.

I got the Teriyaki, and the scallops were quite big, the orange part was the best, usually they taste rubbery, but this one tasted velvety just like pate and fish roe.
In terms of scallop anatomy, the orange part is the ovary-testis according to the Fisheries and Aquaculture Department .
