麵匠Being a massive fan of ramen, I always explore the town and try all kinds of ramen places. This time in Wan Chai, 真武咲匠 is not a new one. Yet there is always a long queue appears outside the ramen place.Ordered the roasted miso ramen which costs $80. After about ten minutes the ramen was placed in front of me! $80+10% is a bit pricey but the portion was generous. The miso broth was tempting. Ordered the roasted miso ramen which costs $80. After about ten minutes the ramen was placed in front of me! $80+10% is a bit pricey but the portion was generous. The miso broth was tempting. The taste was strong and rich with fragrant meat flavour. The pork was tender. The ramen was chewy. The whole thing was quite similar to the one in japan!!! Not bad and will definitely be back and recommend to many.
