My wife and I get out from Gold Coast to Trim Shs Tsui this Sunday and it is already 15:30. Ww don’t want to be too full for dinner, so we decided to have some sushi for afternoon tea.

There are empty seats at this timing and the order comes fast. We ordered few dishes of sushi. The sashimi’s are fresh, especially the shrimp. However, it is inevitable that the raw fishes are not as fresh as we can eat in Japan.

The rice are not perfectly gripped and sometimes scattered. Washibi has been put for a long time and lose its taste.

Understand that it is hard to compare the sushi quality with those in Japan. If you haven’t had sushi for a long time and too busy to go to Japan. Genki is still a good choice in such price
