黑龍 is one of my favourite ramen bars in Hong Kong, I’m a regular who goes once a month. Their beef tendon black ramen is my regular order, but when the weather gets cool, I’d go for the seasonal special. 🍽️ Sansho Pepper Hot Miso Ramen With hot miso as the base, the soup is just full of warmth, and elevated by a kick from sansho pepper, hot & spicy. It comes with a thick pork belly slice, and a thick & curl crinkle ramen noodles, which grasp all the soup. Sometimes I add seaweed as a topping. 🍽️ F

In winter, appetite goes larger & what’s better than a perfect foamy draft beer to warm yourself up? Here the set comes with beer & fried dumplings, crispy & juicy - just the authentic Japanese type you expect. Yum.
🍽️ Mentaiko Balls
They are now serving a seasonal item - Mentaiko, from ramen to snacks. The mentaiko balls was nice and pairs well with my beer too!
