To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. This eatery specialised in Indonesian dishes is one of my favorite.Price is resonable and food quality is very good.班蘭雞尖塔飯 is my favorite. Rice is aromatic and chicken is jummy and of good texture. My friend prefers 雜菜炸雞飯. The fried chicken is juicy and there are fresh vegetables and fried tofu to make the dish more enjoyable.串燒沙嗲are made to order and it was worth to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. I like grilled muton satay which is super yummy. Grilled tofu puffs are yummy, too.綠豆冰is full of fl
