I have known for long that Shek Mun is a place where business is developing and more and more restaurants are moving in. Tonight I came with one of my friends and tried a few dishes, drank a few draft beers and see what is the standard. As you can see the environment is quite chill and I like it so much as a place to relax and chat with friends.Craft beer has been a hot topic in Hong Kong in recent years, I ordered Jade Rabbit and Oh Bacon to share with my friend. Craft beer has been a hot topic in Hong Kong in recent years, I ordered Jade Rabbit and Oh Bacon to share with my friend. Jade Rabbit is more like my cup of tea as I prefer more pure wheat taste and less strong flavour, it is up to my standard as a beer lover. For Oh Bacon, my friend liked it more as he doesn't drink a lot but he likes this interesting taste of bacon in his mouth. The price is a bit expensive comparing to other craft beer places I have been.
For mains, I ordered pork knuckle, cheese fries and chicken wings. I love pork knuckle very much and I like the way they do it here, crunchy outside and soft inside, while not being too salty in general. The chicken wings are fused with kimchi and pork, I don't like it personally but my friend ate all of them. For the flies it is fair enough to eat with beers, it is hot and the cheese matches the taste.
Overall, it is a pleasant experience dining here with beers and snacks, though the price can be less aggressive in this area.
