Having tried their flagship at Tung Chung few months ago, booked their Elements branch for a quick lunch get-together with friends recently. Set lunch reasonably priced, was absolutely fresh and scrumptious 😋. We shared most of the food we ordered. Sashimi & sushi platter both were fresh and good mix and match. Portion was just right. Love their lychee peach smoothies and matcha red bean. Taco sushi just as good the one I had at Tung Chung. Japanese rice used, crispy seaweed and fresh fillings.
