As a big fan of ramen, I’ve tried many many different flavours of ramen, including some very peculiar ones like olive oil and double cheese. But recently, I went back to the basic - enjoying a bowl of ramen in soy sauce soup in this restaurant in Hysan Place.-The soy sauce soup is not too salty, but it’s savoury and appetising. I love the bamboo shoots here because they soak up the soup and thus are flavourful! Another thing I like is that the ramens aren’t too soft nor too hard!
