No A/C or fan in August

There is no AC (or not turned up enough for a hot August day). While there are two fans, they are not enough to cover all customers. But most importantly, the waitresses are rude and unwilling to evenly share the fan among all customers, but only direct them towards some even if after repeated requests to change its direction. While the food is decent, such environment and service do not make it really enjoyable to consume here. NOT RECOMMENDED (at least in the summer)
