I've eaten at Kraze Burger in Korea many times - it's a nice generic burger and fries, not especially localized (ie bastardized), which is a plus. I was hoping the HK version would be similar.Unfortunately, it isn't even close.Bun - way too soft and floury - might as well use 2 pieces of wonderbread.Meat - under seasoned and overcooked.Fries - generic crinkle cut, immediately being pulled from under a heatlamp where they had already been sitting too long and were already hardening and warm, rat

Unfortunately, it isn't even close.
Bun - way too soft and floury - might as well use 2 pieces of wonderbread.
Meat - under seasoned and overcooked.
Fries - generic crinkle cut, immediately being pulled from under a heatlamp where they had already been sitting too long and were already hardening and warm, rather than hot.
Service time - not great - burger came 10 minutes after the fries and the drink were served. I don't mind waiting, but I don't like getting the fries separately like that.
Value - poor - 93 dollars for burger, fries and drink. For that kind of money, both the burger and the fries need to be A LOT better.
Environment - clean and tidy.
Service - acceptable.
Overall - if you want a proper burger and fries, this is not the place to go.
