Disappointed...Cheddar cheese sauce and lettuce don't go along with bagels. Smoked salmon is not chewy enough. More than anything, the bagels do not have the right texture. The interior part is neither dense nor chewy. The crust is not "thick" enough. Never had a bagel as thin as this...I really wonder why there is no negative review for this place. HK has at least a few cafes serving much better bagels.
