米芝蓮星級之選 ... nth but awesome ... 果然很不錯！Cozy environment .. nice deco! The menu looks so grand, huh!? 就很精緻.. 對不對？ 🤣🤣🤣Haven’t been to 1881 for a while... a nice surprise at The Queen 后園.. quite a wide variety of the dishes / dim sum avail @ the menu .... picked the following today:- - Rose shrimp dumplings 玫瑰蝦餃 = YuMMM ... in nice presentation + tasty!! (tho” can’t taste the rose flavour somehow, lovely dim sum anyway) 推介！- 雪山叉燒包 / 蟹籽燒賣 / 韭黃鮮蝦腸 / 黑炭豆腐 = 全部都好好味 叉燒包熱辣辣 香口好味！黑炭豆腐脆口但不油膩 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻特別推介： 藤椒

特別推介： 藤椒燒椒涼伴象拔蚌 / 泡菜蘿蔔糕 / 御膳炒飯 = 真心推介 好好味 menu 寫的是涼伴蟶子 不過staff 話無蟶子 所以換涼伴象拔蚌 ... yuMMM 鮮味又清新！泡菜蘿蔔糕 既特別又好味 少少🌶 can be more spicy Hahahaha ..... 御膳炒飯= soooooooo lovely ! Is actually fried rice with seafood 海鮮炒飯 當然無得輸！
