To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日去 walk in 每位最低消費300$ 中午有d discount menu 種類都幾多自問自己食野都偏重口味3個人去 叫咗醃蘿蔔 蘿蔔酥 蔥油餅 蟹粉焗蟹蓋 蜜汁火方 蔥油面 煎小黃魚 清炒蝦仁 鴨蛋 糖醋排骨 (大部分唔記得影相😂)份量唔算多 等上菜都要等幾耐 醃蘿蔔有少少辣 偏鹹鴨蛋係流心既 幾靚但係食一個會有d濟蘿蔔酥幾好食外面好酥入面d蘿蔔好糯 蔥油餅層皮有d太厚偏乾 但係蔥係好食既糖醋排骨食落冇酸味只有南乳/甜味 似叉燒多d蟹粉焗蟹蓋 不過不失 但係佢用既薑醋真係太甜蝦仁好食 唔知係唔係真係河蝦 細細粒但係好彈牙小黃魚炸得幾酥 都多肉蜜汁火方 桂花都幾重蔥油面太鹹 加咗d米醋中和下整體ok 其實食完唔係真係咁飽 但係等上菜時間都幾耐d野落咗格所以都ok

醃蘿蔔有少少辣 偏鹹
鴨蛋係流心既 幾靚但係食一個會有d濟
蘿蔔酥幾好食外面好酥入面d蘿蔔好糯
蔥油餅層皮有d太厚偏乾 但係蔥係好食既
糖醋排骨食落冇酸味只有南乳/甜味 似叉燒多d
蟹粉焗蟹蓋 不過不失 但係佢用既薑醋真係太甜
