To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日為慶祝我同honey 相識兩週年,而我們都喜歡吃刺身壽司,就決定豪食一下。我們去了位於上環的新開的鮨燐試一試Omakase -由師傅為我們挑選最優質,最時令的食材,令所有涼食和熱食均配搭得宜且豐富。餐廳環境舒適,以bar 枱為主,可以近距離和師傳作交流,了解各種食材,製作方法和各款配搭理念,亦可欣賞到師傅的刀功,細心和一絲不苟的製作過程,確實是一種享受。每一個dish 都好像藝術品,令人目不暇給。餐廳提供三種set 供客人選擇,因為我們都想試多種刺身,便選了中間$1380set。白梅貝爽滑,很入味,可連內臟吃,味道回甘。前菜是醒胃的土佐醋松葉蟹碎配支豆蓉。酸酸的,整個配搭都很清新,亦能帶岀松葉蟹的鮮味。師傳刀工確係一流,每一塊魚片的厚度均一,睇到我們眼都唔眨🤭魚肉爽嫩,夾著香葱,再蘸上柚子岩鹽,能帶岀魚的鮮味而且味道十分清新,讚!再來一個季節性螢光魷魚,好爽,而且爆膏,很甘香。這個蠔真的不得了,很爽滑鮮甜,還有酸酸的啫哩,味道很夾,一點都唔腥。這個池魚被切絲,拌勻三星蔥薑蓉,調味恰到好處。以下還有多款魚刺身,款款都很肥美鮮甜,淨係賣相已經令人流唒口水🤤有刺身,汁燒,和火炙的而我就最
