我的FB Page 經常被Sushi Man的海膽照洗版,其實一早想來試,終於的起心肝打電話去預約,為老公P準備一餐豐富的生日晚飯。先講食物,Omakase我之前係東京、京都及金澤吃,人家的食物、擺設、服務都十分有水準,所以我也很有興趣知道以香港後生仔(80後)掛帥的Omakase水準如何。我點了$1000元的menu, P點了$1200元的menu,我之前都有懷疑過P食完洗唔洗食宵夜,答案係NO,Sushi Man的份量是吃得飽男仕的,所以大家不用打底來,除非你胃口大如”美食焚化爐”啦!吃Omakase除了食物外,我個人認為師傅的氣勢,節奏,刀工及談吐都非常重要,以上提及的,年紀輕輕的Cupid師傅都勝任。係Cupid師傅正式投入表演前,先奉上黑松露蒸蛋,香味先聲奪人,黑松露配熱辣滑溜的蒸蛋非常吸引,躲在蒸蛋內的大蝦亦鮮甜彈牙,這前菜對辨!然後Cupid師傅為我倆準備一系列的刺身,刺身温度冷暖適中,每種刺身都吃得出是新鮮及高級貨式,可惜的是沒一樣能給我驚喜。比較喜歡的是象拔,鮮味濃郁。刺身中,我最最最最喜愛toro,Cupid師傅的角切toro大大舊,是我喜歡的style。急不及待
