To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹食炸魚薯條一定要試下 HOOKED, 專登安排星期六下午慕名一試馳名嘅炸魚薯條。大概下午2點鐘左右到達、小店主打外賣所以座位不多。呢個時間有數位外籍客人正在光顧，見到佢哋食得津津有味。已經按耐不住同夫人一齊點咗兩份一樣的紐西蘭藍雪魚，薯條及lemonade 。今日氣温都成三十幾度, 本人由中環行到上嚟都已經大汗淋漓, 辛苦了老板要企响個炸爐傍邊幫我哋點嘅炸魚薯條即叫即炸。以不含膽固醇及非基因改造嘅高級澳洲葵花油炸起，除咗聽起嚟都覺得健康同食得安心之餘, 外皮炸得依然脆口，魚肉結實唔韌仲仍然有肉汁（真心想請教下點樣可以炸成咁）。冇另外要醬汁，原味加小許鹽已經惹味非常。
