🐟Seared Fillet of Sea Bass · Lemon Mash, Watercress Salad, Cafe de Paris Butter: Loved the soft and flakey sea bass. The lemon mash was nice and light yet creamy. 🦪Steamed Mussels · White Wine, Butter, Parsley, Fries: The white wine sauce was very flavourful and brought out the flavours of the mussels. Finished the whole dish including the sauce. The fries were hot and was a nice touch that it was served in a warm little bucket to keep the temperature of the fries. 🍰DESSERTS
🍮Crème Brûlée: Texture was silky smooth. Would be better if the egg custard flavours can stand out a bit more. 🍫Chocolate Mousse · Raspberry Compote: Very rich chocolate flavours. Loved how the raspberry added the tangy flavours. 🥂House Bubbles: Not too many surprises with house bubbles Loved the wine display. Beautifully showcased. A very nice restaurant with great value for money offers from HK Restaurant Week 👍🏻
