While other unis have canteen food, this one has Passion.Clearly it is popular with those damn hikers who hike to shitkung.It is a nightmare going to shitkung and transport is crap so on the weekends you have to get the feck out and eat elsewhere.Tried Passion to see how it compares to Wanchai.The portions were nice and small but better quality than the other food around in the New Territories.I liked the risotto which was creative with beetroot and cauliflower.Obviously the salmon pizza is just

Obviously the salmon pizza is just salmon slices on top of pizza targeted for locals as there is less cheese so the locals think they are eating a pizza!Frankly melted cheese and smoked salmon is WEIRD just like the unauthentic fake cheese fondues they serve with raw seafood at other restaurants!
