Central is not generally what comes to mind when I think of affordable and delicious food, hence it was my surprise when I found this restaurant along the mid-level escalators. Not only was it an economical choice, considering its location, but it was also delicious and I look forward to coming back in the future.Among the items on the menu, we went for the Raw Beef Pho ($78) and the Prime Pho ($96), which consisted of many different parts of beef. The soup was very flavourful, which I think is s
Among the items on the menu, we went for the Raw Beef Pho ($78) and the Prime Pho ($96), which consisted of many different parts of beef. The soup was very flavourful, which I think is so important for a good pho. The garnishes on top serve both as an aesthetic addition, and an extra bit of freshness to the bowl of noodles.
Other seasoning was also given in case you wanted a little extra boost
For snacks, we ordered some Vietnamese Spring Rolls (+$15) and Vietnamese Grilled Pork ($55). The spring rolls were crispy on the outside, and stuffed with filling on the inside. The grilled pork was tender, well seasoned and accompanied by vegetables to balance out the oil.
Lastly, we added drinks to the set as well - Iced Milk Tea (+$9) and Vietnamese Milk Coffee (+$20). I absolutely adored the Milk Tea, as it had just the right amount of tea:milk ratio, and it was rich in flavour, even with the ice. The coffee was Vietnamese drip coffee, which may take time to brew, but it's definitely worth it since the flavours are very powerful.
