Went to change ID card and searched for this resto in Wan Chai during lunch break. .I got Vietnamese Raw Beef Pho. The beef was tasty and fresh. With onions and bean sprouts, the broth was savoury but not too fat. The fresh basil, chili and lime on top made it look delicate as well. .Served with generous portion, the dish was priced reasonably. The shop was quite small and had lots of ppl during lunch hour.
