Vesu is located above vista restaurant which got a wide view of the harbour as well!For starters, we tried the Beetroot and Avocado Salad with quinoa, baby spinach, and goat cheese. It was super refreshing and a great way to kick off the meal. We also had the Regina, which featured buffalo mozzarella, parmesan, and basil. For our mains, we ordered the Quattro Formaggi Pizza. It had a mix of mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina, and parmesan cheese. The pizza dough was light and chewy, making it the perfect base for all that cheesy goodness.
We also enjoyed the Mortazza Ruotino, which came with burrata, mortadella, and pistachio. The burrata was incredibly fresh and milky, adding a lovely lightness to the dish.
To finish off, we had the Pineapple Carpaccio with Coconut Sorbet. The thin, fresh cuts of sweet pineapple paired perfectly with the coconut sorbet.
Overall would say it was a great cp value lunch with a view ❣️
