To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

 We ordered a 12ppl portion, and honestly quite a lot of food haa, there are so many ingredients including abalones, fish maw, shrimps, fried goose, oily chicken, braised pork belly, fried pork knuckle, hogskin and etcc, poon Chot simply adding so many ingredients together haaa

All abalones were put on the top of all ingredients, it's really good but personally I'm not fans of abalones lol
Broccoli with sauce is yumm and soft, good choice for me and i love vegatables haa

 Pork knuckle is my favorite food haa
, so soft the pork skin though it's a bit hard to find the food you want in such big pot lolll
, all foods mixed together. I like fried pork belly which is really tasty and good texture

 We didn't put those fish maw insides poon Chot together because it looks too much already ha, its not bad but not really large fish maw we have at home
