Average spending per head is over hkd1000 with extreme poor service. The bread is only 4 tiny pieces for two person and no refill. No introduction on menu. Didn’t change the cutlery after we finished each dish. Food is lukewarm. 😩Only the view is worth mentioning. A new restaurant that doesn’t seem to care about the guests at all. Waiters and waitresses are standing and avoiding eye contacts. It is very hard to get their service while we were sitting outside and waiters and waitresses just stayi
