Appetizers. They always change the appetizers every once in a while. I come once month and always some new appetizer.Wagyu Beef Noodles. Absolutely delicious. The beef was carefully sliced so its smooth yet not too greasy. Tempura shrimps. I like how they made the light batter so the outer crush is crispy. The size of the shrimps is big too. There is only one way to judge the sashimi - Freshness. I have nothing to complain as long as they are fresh. The salmon is so fresh and there is little salmon oil over the salmon sashimi giving it a shiny look. Yummy.
