This new cafe in Kowloon Bay has quickly become a local favorite, and it's easy to see why. We also had the Ginger Miso San Huang Chicken ($158), which was once again meaty and tender. Coupled with the cauliflowers on the side, it was a match made in heaven.
Beyond the mains, the cafe also offers a variety of pasta. We had the Ground Beef Spaghetti with Garlic and Black Truffle Oil ($118). Whilst the truffle flavour was not very strong, for this price, we really can’t complain. The mushroom were infused with flavour and the ground beef and onions were great.
This popular spot can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours. But the efficient layout helps to minimise the waiting time.
Overall, the Alchemist Cafe is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood, offering delicious dishes and other fare at impressively good prices.
