Ever since this restaurant moved to its current location, it has been my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong, especially for its Pho - or raw beef over noodle soup (my regular). Ever since this restaurant moved to its current location, it has been my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong, especially for its Pho - or raw beef over noodle soup (my regular). However, my last visit was a real disappointment. I ordered my regular, as usual. At first, it looked good, but when I tried it, it was so bland. The beef, noodles and even the broth was tasteless. Moreover, the texture of the beef was so rough and chewy, it was hard to swallow. Very disappointed. I went on a weekday afternoon, during afternoon tea hour (around 3:30pm) to find the place packed! 

Could the decline in quality due to them being so busy? Should I give them another try? I'll need to seriously consider.  It's so hard to find a quality Vietnamese place in Hong Kong and I don't want to be disappointed again...
