Zuma used to be one of my favourite brunch places, especially pre covid with a large variety of items in the buffet. This is my second time post covid where the buffet has been substituted for unlimited appetisers served to the table. Compared to my last visit, the quality and variety of appetisers has certainly declined. The sashimi was not particularly fresh, the gyoza skins were too thick and their previously assortment of Yakitori was non existent except for some sad looking chicken wings. The mains have also shrunk in size, the classic teriyaki salmon significantly smaller in portion and the chicken has been reduced to a couple of small pieces of chopped up chicken. The only saving grace of the meal were the delightful servers who were very attentive and perhaps the mini chocolate lava cakes for dessert. Overall a very disappointing experience, the brunch is now only a shell of what it used to be.
