Randomly bumped into this restaurant. It's located in the basement. Followed the stair and got inside.The decor was better than i thought.This restaurant offered many choices for tea time.Also, the prices were not high.Me and my friend also ordered the soup noodles.When the waitress served the noodles, she was quite rude.The lime put in the noodles. I preferred they serve it separately.The portion was big. I saw other table ordered the rice was much bigger. The presentation did not look good,

The lime put in the noodles. I preferred they serve it separately.
The portion was big. I saw other table ordered the rice was much bigger.
The presentation did not look good, but the noodles were thin and smooth. The beef was soft and tender.
The most standing was the soup, got a very strong beef flavor.
Couldn't even stop for it.
My frd said the sausage got very strong pepper flavor and the soup was light.
It was a good combination.

We also ordered the shrimp pie for sharing.
It was al dente but a bit too oily.
Foods was nice, but service was bad.
When we were having the meal, the waitress came and threw the receipt to our table.
I was shock, she saw me but didn't think she did anything wrong.
