In the past 20 years, a lot of Hong Kong restauranteurs tried to remake the image of South East Asian food by offering classy decorations and a better dinning environment plus using produce with better quality. An Nam is one of the successful remakes of this kind. Here you can easily taste the difference in terms of the quality of the produce used. The food here is fresh and I'd say generally quite tasty. But I was a little disappointed at the Pho served here. The soup base was not very well mad

Here you can easily taste the difference in terms of the quality of the produce used. The food here is fresh and I'd say generally quite tasty. But I was a little disappointed at the Pho served here. The soup base was not very well made. I think I'll come here again to try the other dishes. However, I must say that the food here is generally overpriced.
